Project
EEJAD

Project summary
EEJAD is a multi-faceted digital platform designed to connect businesses, project owners, skilled professionals, and service seekers within a unified ecosystem. The platform focuses on simplifying how construction, maintenance, marketing, and home services are discovered, managed, and delivered across the GCC region.
A logo built with purpose
The EEJAD logo reflects connection, creation, and trust. The name “EEJAD” comes from the Arabic root meaning “to create” or “to bring into existence.” The logo is built around: Bold geometric forms Clear typography Strong contrast for visibility on mobile and web Designed to work seamlessly in both Arabic and English
UI/UX challenges
Designing EEJAD meant managing a complex ecosystem with multiple user roles, each with distinct needs and permissions. Businesses needed tools to showcase services, manage projects, and appear in public listings, while project owners focused on posting needs and receiving bids. Skilled workers and service seekers required simple discovery and communication flows. Another major challenge was structuring platform logic around verification, visibility, and subscriptions. Certain actions depended on profile completion, approval status, and subscription plans. The UX had to communicate these rules clearly, guide users, and prevent frustration through transparent messaging and progress indicators. Scalability was also critical. The product needed to function seamlessly across mobile apps, public websites, user dashboards, and admin panels while maintaining consistency in navigation and interaction patterns.
UI/UX solutions & approach
To address these challenges, the UX was built around role-based journeys. Each user type benefits from tailored onboarding flows, dashboards, and homepages that surface only relevant features, reducing cognitive load and clarifying available actions. A progressive disclosure strategy was implemented to guide users step-by-step. Instead of blocking actions without explanation, the interface uses completion indicators, status notifications, and contextual prompts to show what is required next. The interface is based on a card-driven content system for projects, services, and profiles, improving readability and enabling quick comparison. Clear calls-to-action and feedback states support confident decision-making at every stage.
